sebenernya aslinya ini polos, tapi bisa tambahin topping kalo mau. for this one i choose beef bacon. the beef bacon wasn't the usual beef bacon that we find on the supermarket or the one that we eat at hotel breakfast. this one looks like grounded beef but it's not. gah, i'm not culinary student so i don't know what kind of bacon is this. all i know that it's good.
for the overall taste, this has really strong shallot taste. Basilico put a huge amount of fried shallot but that's okay for me because i like fried shallot. :p
